When you’ll be reminded
Nabikaran reminds you 7, 5, 3, 2 and 1 days before the date. If it passes, it keeps reminding for two weeks until you mark it done. You can add earlier reminders (up to 90 days) and change the time of day in the app.
How renewal works
- 1Pay the bill in eSewa, Khalti, ConnectIPS or your bank app under NEA.
- 2Enter your NEA counter and customer ID (SC number) from an old bill.
- 3For water, look for your water provider in the same app.
Good to know
Keep an old bill’s photo — the counter name and customer number are all you need to pay online.

- 2Enter the due date in BS or AD, or scan the document and pick the date it finds.
- 3Save. Reminders are set automatically; tap Mark as done when you’ve renewed.
