नेपालमा डिम्याट खाता र मेरोसेयर नवीकरण कसरी गर्ने? सम्पूर्ण जानकारी

If you invest in the Nepali stock market (NEPSE) or apply for IPOs, you know how crucial Demat and MeroShare accounts are. Every year, millions of investors in Nepal need to complete their Nabikaran (नवीकरण) to keep applying for IPOs without interruption. Missing the renewal deadline locks your account, preventing you from buying or selling shares.

Key Details & Deadlines

  • Demat Renewal Fee: NPR 100 per year
  • MeroShare Renewal Fee: NPR 50 per year
  • Annual Deadline: End of Ashadh (आषाढ मसान्त) every fiscal year
  • Payment Channels: eSewa, Khalti, ConnectIPS, or Bank Mobile Banking Apps

Step-by-Step Online Renewal Process

  1. 1Open Your Payment App: Log into your eSewa, Khalti, ConnectIPS, or mobile banking application.
  2. 2Navigate to Capital Services: Look for "MeroShare / Demat Renewal" under the government/financial services tab.
  3. 3Select Your DP (Depository Participant): Choose your capital provider or bank (e.g., Nabil Investment Bank, Global IME Capital, Prabhu Capital).
